For all you sportsfans out there check out what Sir James (Wolcott) has to say about the ongoing Buzz Bissinger (can that really be his real name?)dustup. And, be sure to follow his links to "The Big Lead" for more fun.

I no longer follow professional sports, having burned out on it as an ESPN exec back in the 80's/90's (anyone remember those halcyon years?). But it's still fun to check in on the madness once in a while; and to see what some of the better wits have to say about their masters.

(For what it's worth: Dennis & James comprise my blessed trinity, with IOZ as the holy father. thedefeatists are their illegitimate chillun'.)
