I don't see why the President of the United States needs to spell it out when
even Wikipedia seems to know the answer. These squealing appeals to pet and coddle the little puppy that is Israel always put me in mind of one of my favorite chapter that isn't in Ecclesiastes, which is
Isaiah 3, truly some fine fucking anathema:
The LORD will enter into judgment with the ancients of his people, and the princes thereof: for ye have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.
What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? saith the Lord GOD of hosts .

Perhaps M. Cohen was referencing Logjammin' and believes that the President is going to go to Israel and fix their cable.
They could just merge the Senate and the Knesset to save time.
No judgment is applicable without the words, 'smitest them.'
That Wikipedia page reminds of the time I visited an old synagogue in Akkah, Israel. As I reached around in my pocket for a shekel to make a donation, the rabbi said "That's okay. We also take dollars."
